XC Week of August 27 2018:
All athletes must be cleared by athletic office prior to coming to practice! Athletes need to have running shoes, running clothes, including sweat top and sweat bottoms on colder days. A water bottle, recovery bar and watch are also required.
Practice is Monday –Friday 3pm to 5pm. We meet on the track at Westview. Athletes that miss workout days are subject to not racing in the next meet.
Athletes MUST eat breakfast and lunch. They also need snacks/bars for before practice, especially if they gave first lunch!
Athletes that think they are injured or sore from running MUST attend practice! The coaching staff will evaluate you.
Tuesday, August 28:
The coaching staff needs parent and athlete volunteers to help clean up our home course for next week’s meet. We will begin at approx. 5pm on Tuesday, 8/28. We need gloves, clippers (ones that can cut small branches), gas weed whackers, and lots of bodies. The more people we have, the faster we are done. Thank you!

Parents who did not attend parent night:
Please email Coach Stephanie to be placed on email list, so you can receive information the coaching staff shared on Fall Sports Parent Night. We still need volunteers for different events this XC season. Also, there are many fundraising ideas for you to read about.
